In this article, we will guide you on how to set up a free shipping profile for the Personalized Greeting Card product. 


To set up a Free Shipping Profile go to: https://shopify.com/admin/settings/shipping


 1. Click "Create New Profile" 


2. Create a name for the Free Shipping Profile and add the Greeting Card Product that was created when you installed the App. As per below. 


3. Click "Create Shipping Zone" as per below. 


4. Now choose a Zone Name > Tick "Rest of World" > Click "Done". As per below.


5. Now you need to add Free Shipping Rated. Click "Add Rate". 


6. Now choose a Rate Name > Set Price to Zero > Click "Done". As per below.

7. FINAL STEPS. You need to enable the Shipping Profile so that all cards are sent by Cardzware Fulfillment.


First, we need to remove all locations (except Cardzware) from this shipping profile

  • Click Up/Down Arrow to show all Locations
  • Click "Manage" 
  • Remove rates for "My Own Warehouse" or other locations. 



8. Once set up correctly, your Free Shipping Profile for Greeting Cards should look like the below screen.
