As part of the signup process, you will be asked to add a credit card to your account so we can charge you for each order we print and dispatch.
We require credit cards that support SCA (strong customer authentication). When your bank requires you to enter additional information when making a purchase like using your phone or an additional password etc. We do not support credit cards or banks that do not support SCA.
As a validation process for your credit card, we pre-authorize a charge of $1 when you add it to your account. Once the pre-authorization is confirmed, we will refund the $1 and only apply charges to your card when you receive an order through your website.
The credit cards we currently accept are:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
The description that will appear on your credit card statement will be "Cardzware"
You can update your payment information via the Billing section within your Cardzware Account.
