If a card has not been delivered or has been delayed, please follow the steps below. 


1. Check the date of dispatch via the “Orders” section with your Cardzware Control Panel.

2. See our standard delivery times for each location to see if the card is still on route

3. If the order is outside the standard delivery times, please contact our Contact Customer Care and they will assist.
