The Cardzware App uses an invisible window to our servers to display the Greeting Cards. In order for this to work seamlessly with all browsers, the window uses a subdomain of your primary domain. 

All you need to do is add the Subdomain record via your DNS provider. You can usually do this easily with the provider you bought your domain name from.
