Cardzware is a personalized print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced once ordered. 


This also means that reprints will not be provided at our expense if your customer misspelled a name, word or uploaded a poor-quality image to a card, or simply changed their mind. 


Additionally, if the order delivery address was incorrect, Cardzware will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You the Retailer are responsible for capturing the correct information from your customers. 


However, Cardzware will provide a free replacement or credit to your Cardzware account if you notify us of a manufacturing error within 30 days of receiving the product.
