Yes, we have an integrated image-checking procedure. We analyze each image that is uploaded and calculate the quality of the image, based on the resolution and sizing options selected by the user.


Our platform then delivers feedback to the end consumer, notifying them if there are any issues with the image they uploaded. 


Green    =  Good to Proceed

Amber   =  Fair but might have issues at printing

Red       =  Bad Image quality and we recommend that the customer uploads a better quality image. 


If the end customer proceeds with an image that has returned an amber or red status and complains about the quality on receipt of the card, it will be up to you the "Retailer" to decide whether you want to charge them for a new order.
