Caching services such as Cloudflare, WP Fastest Cache, WP Rocket, and many others can sometimes cause conflicts with the Cardzware Greeting Card Category Structure. 

Our plugin requests that Wordpress Cache plugins do not cache any greeting card page with a standard DO NOT CACHE flag. However some plugins may not respect the flag. Any external cache services like Cloudflare will need to be disabled manually.

To prevent these conflicts from occurring, please log in to your caching provider's admin area and exclude the greeting cards from being cached. 

Generally the URL that need to be excluded from caching are:

WP Fastest Cache Instructions:

1) Goto Exclude

2) Under Exclude Pages > Add New

3) Set dropdown to "Methods > Contains"

4) Set input box to "greeting-cards"
